How to import user data?

How to import external user email & mobile phone numbers into Plexins system for marketing and promotion is as follows:

Step 1: In the Contacts module, click Create Contact

Step 2: Import the contact file directly or create a new contact [mobile phone number or email account].
Note: Import files need to download the fixed form template to import

Step 3: After importing contacts, you can also choose whether to subscribe to Shopify or not.

Note: If the imported contacts are not subscribed, you can run SMS and email marketing campaigns for the imported contacts; if subscribed, the user data will be synchronised to the Shopify platform with support for automation, email and SMS campaigns.

You can then segment the imported contacts for marketing and promotion as per your business needs!

For example, if you want to promote all contacts imported into the system, you can segment and market them by selecting Channels - System Creation - Select Store under Segmentation Conditions!
